Mono-nuclear cells (MNC’s) are critical components of the immune system which are involved in both humoral and cell-mediated immunity. Human cord blood mono-nuclear cells are often used in research and clinical applications such as in microbiology, virology, oncology, vaccine development, transplant and regenerative biology, and toxicology. Human Cord Blood MNCs from First Choice Bio LLC are isolated from human cord blood by density gradient centrifugation. Our cord blood MNCs can be further processed to isolate a variety of sub-populations. All cord blood is collected in CPD from fully consented donors.
