Granulocyte-Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is used to mobilize hematopoietic stem cells from the bone marrow to the peripheral blood. The blood is then collected via Leukapheresis utilizing an Apheresis system. First Choice Bio’s Mobilized Peripheral Blood Leukopaks are obtained from healthy human donors that test negative for HIV, HBV, and HCV. All donors are fully consented and protocols are IRB approved.
