Human Peripheral Blood Mono-Nuclear Cells (PBMC) are blood cells with a single round nucleus. These cells include for example lymphocytes, monocytes and dendritic cells. Mono-Nuclear cells are part of the immune system and are critical to cell-mediated and humoral immunity. First Choice Bio’s Human PBMCs are isolated from healthy human donor leukopaks collected in ADCA as an anticoagulant. All donors are fully consented and tested negative for HBV, HCV and HIV. Protocols are IRB approved.
