2 Million cells / vial. CD4+/CD25+ Regulatory T Cells are in charge of regulating the activity of other T cells, usually by suppressing or downregulating the activity of effector T cells. First Choice Bio’s Healthy Human Donor CD4+/CD25+ Regulatory T Cells are isolated from peripheral blood mono-nuclear cells by negative immuno-magnetic selection. All peripheral blood is collected in ACDA by Leukapheresis from fully consented donors that tested negative for HIV, HBV and HCV.
