5 Million cells / vial. Naïve T Cells express the highest molecular weight isoform of CD45, CD45 RA. Those which express CD4 and are negative for CD25 are destined to become T helper cells. Naïve T cells have not yet been exposed to antigens. First Choice Bio’s Healthy Human Donor Peripheral Blood CD4+/CD45RA+/CD25-Naïve T Cells are isolated from peripheral blood mono-nuclear cells by negative immuno-magnetic selection. All peripheral blood is collected in ACDA by Leukapheresis from fully consented donors that tested negative for HIV, HBV and HCV.
