Cytotoxic T Cells monitor all of the cells and kill any cells that present foreign antigen fragments. First Choice Bio’s Healthy Human Donor Peripheral Blood CD 8+ Cytotoxic T Cells are isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative immunomagnetic selection. All peripheral blood is collected in ACDA by Leukapheresis from fully consented donors that tested negative for HIV, HBV and HCV.
